Description

Wakka, Devoted Guardian (FIC-97 foil) is a legendary Human Warrior creature from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. It has reach and trample and destroys up to one artifact controlled by a player whenever it deals combat damage to that player while also gaining a +1/+1 counter. If a counter was placed on Wakka that turn, its Blitzball Captain ability adds a +1/+1 counter to each other creature you control at your end step.
