It gives each other nontoken creature you control an additional +1/+1 counter as they enter and can pay 1 and tap to proliferate X times based on how many nontoken creatures you had enter this turn. As a green three-mana legend with proliferate synergy, it supports counter-focused and token-scaling decks and can be used as a commander or main-deck inclusion.
