Description

Terra, Herald of Hope (FIC-4) is a legendary Human Wizard Warrior creature from the Final Fantasy Commander set. She has a Trance ability that mills two cards at the beginning of your combat and grants flying for the turn. Whenever she deals combat damage to a player you may pay {2} to return a creature card with power 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped, enabling graveyard recursion and combat-based value.
