Strago and Relm (FIC-155 foil) is a legendary Human Wizard creature from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. It has an activated ability—Sketch and Lore—for {2}{R} and tapping that lets an opponent exile cards until an instant, sorcery, or creature is found and then lets you cast that card without paying its mana cost, with creatures gaining haste and a delayed-sacrifice when cast this way. The ability is restricted to sorcery timing and therefore functions as a late-game toolbox and card-advantage engine rather than an instant-speed interaction.
