Rikku, Resourceful Guardian (FIC-145 foil) is a Legendary Human Artificer creature from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. Whenever you place one or more counters on a creature, that creature gains evasion until end of turn by preventing blocking from opponents' creatures. She also has a Steal ability allowing you to pay {1} and tap to move a counter from an opponent's creature to one you control, usable only as a sorcery.
