Promise of Loyalty (FIC-249 foil) is a white sorcery from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. When cast, each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest, and creatures with vow counters can't attack you or your planeswalkers while they have the counter. The effect enforces a one-creature-per-player board state and creates temporary protection by preventing those marked creatures from attacking you or your planeswalkers.
