Description

Lulu, Stern Guardian (FIC-143) is a Legendary Creature — Human Wizard from the Final Fantasy Commander set. She can place stun counters on attacking creatures whenever an opponent attacks you and has an activated {3}{U} ability to proliferate. In multiplayer or Commander games she functions as a defensive commander or control piece that incrementally increases counters on permanents and players.
