Locke, Treasure Hunter (FIC-177 foil) is a legendary Human Rogue creature from the Final Fantasy Commander set. He can't be blocked by creatures with greater power and has Mug — whenever he attacks each player mills a card; if a land was milled you create a Treasure and may cast a spell from among the milled cards until end of turn. As a three-mana (1BR) two-power three-toughness legend with Treasure generation and potential card advantage, he supports aggressive or value-focused Rakdos decks that care about milling and artifact tokens.
