Kefka, Dancing Mad (FIC-84) is a Legendary Creature — Human Wizard from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. During your turn Kefka is indestructible and at your end step you exile a random card from each opponent’s graveyard, then may cast any number of those exiled spells without paying their mana costs. Spells cast this way cause each player who owns one to lose life equal to its mana value, making Kefka a graveyard-hate engine that can also punish opponents when you chain exile-cast effects.
