It creates a 1/1 blue Bird token with flying and vigilance whenever you cast a noncreature spell, and it lets you scry 2 whenever you attack with one or more Birds. As a blue commander-capable legend with token generation and scrying, it supports spell-heavy or bird-synergy decks by providing both board presence and card selection.
