Description

General Leo Cristophe (FIC-135) is a legendary White Human Soldier from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. When he enters the battlefield you may return a creature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield and then put a +1/+1 counter on him for each creature you control. He functions as a midrange value engine that can recur small creatures and scale in size with multiples on board.
