Coin of Fate (FIC-15) is a white-costed artifact from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. When it enters the battlefield you surveil 1, and it has an activated ability that for {3}{W}, tapping and exiling two creature cards from your graveyard and sacrificing it lets an opponent choose one exiled card to go to the bottom of your library while the other returns to the battlefield tapped. The ability also makes you the monarch, enabling card advantage interactions and offering a reanimation puzzle that opponents influence by choosing which creature survives.
