Coin of Fate (FIC-104, Rare) is an artifact from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. When it enters the battlefield you surveil 1, and for {3}{W}, {T}, exile two creature cards from your graveyard and sacrifice the artifact to let an opponent choose which one goes to the bottom of your library while the other returns to the battlefield tapped and you become the monarch. The card enables graveyard recursion and political interaction by forcing an opponent to pick which creature you get back while granting you the monarch status.
