Description

Celes, Rune Knight (FIC-220 foil) is a legendary creature — Human Wizard Knight from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. When she enters the battlefield you may discard any number of cards then draw that many plus one, enabling hand filtering and +1 card advantage. She grants a +1/+1 counter to each creature you control whenever other creatures enter and at least one entered from or was cast from a graveyard, supporting graveyard-recursion tribal or token strategies.
