Description

Celes, Rune Knight (FIC-201 foil) is a legendary Human Wizard Knight from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion that sits in the B/R/W color identity. When she enters the battlefield you may discard any number of cards then draw that many plus one, enabling hand filtering and card advantage. She also rewards graveyard-based recursion and token or reanimation strategies by placing +1/+1 counters on each creature you control whenever other creatures enter from or are cast from a graveyard.
