Description

Celes, Rune Knight (FIC-167 foil) is a legendary creature — Human Wizard Knight from the Final Fantasy Commander expansion. When she enters the battlefield you may discard any number of cards, then draw that many plus one, letting you dig for needed resources while filtering your hand. She also gives a board-wide boost by putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control whenever other creatures enter from or are cast from graveyards, supporting graveyard-recursion strategies.
