Sand Silos (5ED-423) is a rare land from Fifth Edition that enters the battlefield tapped and can accumulate storage counters while tapped. At the beginning of your upkeep, if it is tapped you put a storage counter on it, and you can tap and remove any number of those counters to add one blue mana per counter removed. The card functions as a tempo-accelerator by banking mana across turns for larger bursts later in the game.
