Pestilence (5ED-186) is a black enchantment from Fifth Edition that repeatedly deals damage for a black activation. For {B} you deal 1 damage to each creature and each player, and it sacrifices itself at the beginning of the end step if no creatures are on the battlefield. Its repeatable board-wide damage makes it a tool for incremental creature clearing and graveyard/clock synergy in decks that can tolerate paying its activation cost.
