Gloom (5ED 165) is an uncommon black Enchantment from the Fifth Edition core set. It adds an additional {3} to the cost of white spells and to the activation costs of activated abilities of white enchantments. This tax effect can slow opponents relying on white spells and make white-enchantment activation strategies significantly more expensive.
