Plunge into Darkness (5DN 57, Rare) is a black instant from the Fifth Dawn set that offers modal effects with an Entwine option. One mode lets you sacrifice any number of creatures to gain 3 life per creature, while the other lets you pay life to scry into that many cards and put one into your hand (Entwine lets you do both). It’s a normal instant card with a mana cost and game text that affects creatures, life, and drawing, so it can be included in constructed or limited decks.
