Wildcall (FRF-146 foil) is a green sorcery from Fate Reforged that manifests the top card of your library and then puts X +1/+1 counters on that manifested permanent. The spell’s X in its cost determines how many counters are placed, and choosing 0 simply manifests the top card. This card functions as a value engine by potentially creating a facedown 2/2 creature that can later be turned face up if it’s a creature card, enabling both board presence and growth.
