Ghastly Conscription (FRF 70) is a black sorcery from the Fate Reforged set that exiles all creature cards from a target player's graveyard and manifests them. The manifested cards become face-down 2/2 creatures on the battlefield and can later be turned face up by paying their mana costs if they are creature cards. This card functions as a graveyard-hate effect and a way to convert an opponent's graveyard resources into potential board presence under your control.
