Citadel Siege (FRF-8 foil) is a white enchantment from the Fate Reforged expansion that asks you to choose Khans or Dragons as it enters the battlefield. If you chose Khans, at the beginning of your combat phases you put two +1/+1 counters on a target creature you control; if you chose Dragons, at the beginning of each opponent's combat phases you tap a target creature that player controls. The card's choice is fixed as it enters and the chosen anchor word determines which of the two triggered abilities the permanent has.
