Citadel Siege (FRF-8) is a rare white enchantment from the Fate Reforged set that asks you to choose Khans or Dragons as it enters the battlefield. If you chose Khans, it puts two +1/+1 counters on a target creature you control at the beginning of combat on your turn; if you chose Dragons, it taps a target creature an opponent controls at the beginning of combat on each opponent's turn. The card's choice is linked to the enchantment and determines which continuous triggered ability it has for the rest of the game.
