Wild Wasteland (PIP-71, Enchantment) is a red enchantment from the Fallout set printed as a foil. It replaces your draw step and exiles the top two cards of your library at each upkeep, letting you play those exiled cards that turn under normal timing and cost rules. A ruling clarifies you must pay costs and follow normal timing for cards played from exile, so lands can only be played on your main phase when the stack is empty.
