Veronica, Dissident Scribe (PIP-70 foil) is a legendary creature card from the Fallout expansion that costs {2}{R} and is a 3/3 Human Artificer Rogue. She has menace and a discard-triggered draw ability when she attacks, letting you trade a card to draw a card, and she also creates Junk tokens the first time you discard nonland cards each turn. Those Junk tokens are artifacts that can be sacrificed to exile the top card of your library and allow you to play that card that turn, enabling value from discards and exile effects.
