Its chapters create 1/1 white Human Soldier tokens on the first chapter and then run two secret voting effects that either let players draw if no creature received votes or destroy the creature(s) with the most votes. The card supports politics and board control strategies by both generating blockers and enabling an interactive remove-or-draw vote that can eliminate key creatures or trade board presence for card advantage.
