Vandalblast (PIP-355) is a red sorcery from the Fallout expansion that can destroy artifacts. It destroys a target artifact you don't control, or if cast for its Overload {4}{R} cost it changes “target” to “each” and destroys all opponents' artifacts. The card supports artifact removal strategy and scales from single-target removal to a mass wipe when casting for Overload.
