The Nipton Lottery (PIP-641, Rare) is a black-red sorcery from the Fallout expansion. It randomly gains control of a creature until end of turn, untaps it, gives it haste, then destroys all other creatures. The card can choose creatures that can’t be targeted and has rulings clarifying no actions occur between the random choice and the rest of the effects.
