The Nipton Lottery (PIP-423 foil) is a rare black-red sorcery from the Fallout expansion. It randomly gives you control of one creature until end of turn, untaps it, grants it haste, then destroys all other creatures. The card can choose creatures with shroud or hexproof and resolves without allowing players to act between selection and the subsequent effects according to official rulings.
