The Nipton Lottery (PIP-113, Foil) is a rare sorcery from the Fallout expansion. It randomly causes you to gain control of one creature until end of turn, untaps it, gives it haste, then destroys all other creatures. The card's randomness bypasses targeting and prevents players from taking actions between the random selection and the rest of the resolution, per official rulings.
