Struggle for Project Purity (PIP-908 foil) is a Rare enchantment from the Fallout set. As it enters, you choose Brotherhood or Enclave, giving you one of two triggered effects that either create a card-draw loop tied to opponents' draws or award attacking players rad counters that cause milling and life loss later. The card introduces a persistent rad-counter mechanic that tracks per-player counters and causes milling and life loss during the precombat main phase based on those counters.
