Struggle for Project Purity (PIP-39) is a blue enchantment from the Fallout expansion that asks you to choose Brotherhood or Enclave as it enters. If you chose Brotherhood, at the beginning of your upkeep each opponent draws a card and you copy those draws to draw that many cards yourself; if you chose Enclave, whenever a player attacks you with one or more creatures that player gets twice that many rad counters. The card interacts with a player-based rad-counter mechanic that mills and drains life during that player’s precombat main phase, creating a persistent engine or a deterrent depending on the faction chosen.
