Stolen Strategy (PIP-467 foil) is a red enchantment from the Fallout expansion. At the beginning of your upkeep it exiles the top card of each opponent's library and lets you cast those exiled spells until end of turn, spending mana as though it were any color. The effect is limited by normal timing and spell-type restrictions and exiled cards that aren’t cast remain exiled and can’t be cast later.
