Stolen Strategy (PIP-467) is a red enchantment from the Fallout expansion. At the beginning of your upkeep you exile the top card of each opponent’s library and may cast those exiled spells this turn, using mana as though it were any color to do so. The card’s effect is limited by normal timing rules and exiled cards that aren’t cast remain exiled and cannot be cast on later turns.
