Stolen Strategy (PIP-192) is a red enchantment from the Fallout set that triggers at the beginning of your upkeep. It exiles the top card of each opponent’s library and lets you cast those exiled spells this turn, with mana usable as though of any color to cast them. The card preserves normal timing restrictions for those spells and exiled cards that aren’t cast remain in exile and can’t be cast later.
