Stolen Strategy (PIP-192, Rare) is a red enchantment from the Fallout set that exiles the top card of each opponent's library at the beginning of your upkeep. Until end of turn you may cast spells exiled this way and may spend mana as though it were any color to cast them. The card is limited by normal timing restrictions on the exiled cards, so sorceries can only be cast on your main phase when the stack is empty.
