Silver Shroud Costume (PIP 670, foil) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Fallout expansion. It has flash and attaches to a creature when it enters, granting that creature shroud until end of turn and making it unblockable. Its printed Equip 3 lets you permanently arm a creature later in the turn cycle to keep it unblockable.
