Sierra, Nuka's Biggest Fan (PIP-372) is a legendary white creature from the Fallout set that supports a Food-token theme. It gains quest counters and creates a Food token whenever one or more of your creatures deal combat damage to a player. When you sacrifice a Food, you can pump a target creature you control by +X/+X until end of turn, where X equals the number of quest counters on Sierra.
