Screeching Scorchbeast (PIP-577 foil) is a Rare creature — Bat Mutant from the Fallout set. It has flying and menace and gives each player two rad counters whenever it attacks, creating a board-affecting drawback while pressuring opponents. Its second triggered ability can create that many 2/2 black Zombie Mutant tokens when nonland cards are milled, but can only be used once each turn, making it a value engine that benefits from milling effects.
