Whenever Rex deals combat damage to a player, they mill two cards and you get {E}{E} (two energy counters). Pay {E}{E}: Choose target creature card in a graveyard. Exile it with a brain counter on it. Activate only as a sorcery. Rex has all activated abilities of all cards in exile with brain counters on them.

Rex, Cyber-Hound (PIP-427) is a legendary Artifact Creature — Robot Dog from the Fallout expansion. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player it mills two cards and produces two energy counters, and you can pay energy to exile creature cards from graveyards and give Rex the activated abilities of those exiled cards. Its ability to copy activated abilities from exiled cards lets it function as a toolbox creature that can reuse a wide variety of activated effects for the controller.
