Whenever Rex deals combat damage to a player, they mill two cards and you get {E}{E} (two energy counters). Pay {E}{E}: Choose target creature card in a graveyard. Rex, Cyber-Hound (PIP-427) is a legendary artifact creature — Robot Dog from the Fallout set. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player you mill two cards and gain two energy counters, and you can pay energy to exile creature cards with brain counters to have Rex copy their activated abilities. Its role in a deck is as a value engine that mills opponents while accumulating and spending energy to reuse activated abilities from exiled cards.
