Radstorm (PIP-857 Foil) is an instant from the Fallout set. It has Storm, copying itself for each spell cast earlier that turn, and Proliferate, which adds additional counters to chosen permanents and/or players. The copies are placed directly onto the stack and can be countered individually, making the card effective as a combo finisher or value engine in spell-heavy blue strategies.
