It enters the battlefield tapped and can tap for one mana of any color in your commander’s color identity; if that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander you scry 1. It supports tribal commander decks by both fixing colors and providing incremental card selection when used to cast relevant creature spells.
