Overencumbered (PIP-895 foil) is an Enchantment — Aura from the Fallout expansion that enchants an opponent. When it enters, the enchanted player creates a Clue token, a Food token, and a Junk token, and each combat they may pay {1} per artifact they control or prevent creatures from attacking. The card pressures opponents by forcing resource creation that can be spent or taxed and can shut down attacks if they decline or can’t pay the per-artifact cost.
