Overencumbered (PIP-18 foil) is an Enchantment — Aura from the Fallout expansion that enchants an opponent. When it enters, the enchanted opponent creates a Clue token, a Food token, and a Junk token, and at the beginning of combat on that player's turn they must pay {1} per artifact they control or creatures can’t attack this combat. The aura can be used to deny attacks or tax opponents’ artifact-heavy strategies while providing them tokens that may enable other plays or interactions.
