Open the Vaults (PIP-455 foil) is a white sorcery from the Fallout set that returns all artifact and enchantment cards from all graveyards to the battlefield under their owners' control. It places Auras and non-Auras onto the battlefield simultaneously and forces Auras to be returned even if their owner would prefer otherwise. The card can recur opponent and teammate permanents as well as your own, often producing large board swings and requiring careful ordering when multiple players have Auras to choose attachments.
