Open the Vaults (PIP-168 foil) is a white sorcery from the Fallout set that brings artifacts and enchantments back from all graveyards to the battlefield under their owners' control. Its main rule returns all artifact and enchantment cards (including Auras, which must be placed according to their enchant restrictions) simultaneously. It can recast a stalled board state by reanimating equipment, enchantments, and auras to swing game resources back into play.
