Open the Vaults (PIP-168) is a white sorcery from the Fallout set that returns all artifact and enchantment cards from all graveyards to the battlefield under their owners' control. It can bring back both Auras and non-Aura artifacts/enchantments simultaneously, but Auras must be assigned legal enchantments as they enter and may remain in graveyards if they have nowhere to legally enchant. The spell's simultaneous return means players announce attachments for their Auras in turn order before those permanents enter the battlefield, which can affect who those Auras end up attached to.
