Nuclear Fallout (PIP-331) is a black rare sorcery from the Fallout expansion. When cast for X, it gives each creature twice -X/-X until end of turn and gives each player X rad counters. The rad counters trigger an inherent ability that mills the controller equal to their rad counters and causes life loss and counter removal for nonland cards milled.
